A 63-year-old St. Joseph man died Thursday morning following a collision on Missouri Route 116 involving a pickup truck and a tractor. According to the Missouri State Highway Patrol, an eastbound Toyota Tundra crossed the center line and struck an implement being towed by a westbound John Deere tractor near De Kalb. While the tractor reached a controlled stop, the pickup traveled off the roadway and into a creek bed; the drivers of both vehicles survived the incident.
