Maryville City Manager Ryan Heiland has presented a draft of “Maryville Momentum 2045,” a new twenty-year strategic plan designed to guide the city’s land use and future development. Built on over a year of community feedback, the proposal prioritizes seven key areas including housing diversity, downtown revitalization, and infrastructure modernization to help the city secure future grant funding.
