Maryville Officials Unveil “Momentum 2045” Comprehensive Plan

Maryville City Manager Ryan Heiland has presented a draft of “Maryville Momentum 2045,” a new twenty-year strategic plan designed to guide the city’s land use and future development. Built on over a year of community feedback, the proposal prioritizes seven key areas including housing diversity, downtown revitalization, and infrastructure modernization to help the city secure future grant funding. The plan now moves to the Planning and Zoning Commission for formal approval during their meeting next Thursday.
