A 27-year-old passenger sustained serious injuries Saturday morning following a single-vehicle crash on Route H, approximately three miles west of Gower. According to the Missouri State Highway Patrol, the vehicle traveled off the roadway and overturned before coming to rest on its roof. Both the driver and the passenger were transported to Mosaic Life Care for treatment, and investigators noted that the passenger was not wearing a seatbelt at the time of the accident.
