The Missouri Department of Transportation has announced several construction and maintenance projects for Nodaway and surrounding counties beginning April 21. Commuters in Nodaway County should expect daily closures on Route E for culvert replacements and ongoing lane restrictions on U.S. Route 71 for a long-term resurfacing project. Additional work including bridge rehabilitations and culvert replacements will impact traffic in nearby Andrew, Atchison, Holt, and Worth counties through the end of the week.
