The United Way of Greater St. Joseph has compiled a list of Warming Centers and Emergency Shelters to assist residents as colder temperatures arrive. Several library locations in St. Joseph and Savannah, along with the Salvation Army, are designated warming centers with various operating hours. Emergency shelters available include Community Missions My Brother’s House, the Salvation Army Booth Center, and the YWCA Shelter, each serving specific populations such as homeless men and women, families with children, or survivors of violence.
