Woman Killed on Interstate 29

A St. Joseph woman is dead after a tragic incident early Sunday morning in Buchanan County, Missouri. State Troopers say the 35-year-old was lying in the southbound lane of Interstate 29 when she was struck by a tractor-trailer around 2:55 AM. The victim was pronounced dead at the scene.
