Kernen faces counts of statutory sodomy and second-degree child molestation after a juvenile victim reported multiple incidents to authorities earlier this summer. The Holt County Sheriff’s Office arrested Kernen on September 10th, and he remains in the Andrew County Jail ahead of an October 7th case review.
