Authorities are urgently searching for an armed and dangerous person of interest following a double homicide in rural Carroll County, Missouri. Forty-eight-year-old Ryan Munson was last seen Sunday afternoon driving a black 2017 Ram pickup truck with Missouri license plate 3-Y-H-G-0-1, heading north near Hannibal. Investigators believe he could be traveling through northeastern Missouri, southeastern Iowa, or western Illinois. The public is urged to avoid approaching Munson and to call 9-1-1 immediately if he or his vehicle are spotted.
