The Missouri Department of Transportation has scheduled highway maintenance and construction projects across Northwest Missouri for the week of August 3rd through August 9th. Drivers in Nodaway, Andrew, Atchison, and Gentry counties should prepare for single-lane traffic and temporary road closures due to resurfacing projects and culvert replacements along key corridors, including U.S. Routes 71 and 136. Additionally, Route VV in Nodaway County will remain closed through December for a bridge deck replacement over the Platte River.
