Jacqueline Maize claims the district’s non-compliance led to severe academic decline and unchecked bullying, which reportedly resulted in significant health issues for her children. While state investigators have already found the district out of compliance on two counts, school officials maintain that the student in question has made progress and have agreed to several procedural changes to address the family’s concerns.
