The Rolling Hills Consolidated Library is hosting a series of events this week to mark the official opening of its new 36,000-square-foot Riverside branch in St. Joseph. Following a soft opening in late April, the facility will hold a formal ribbon-cutting ceremony on Thursday, May 7, followed by an all-day public grand opening on Saturday, May 9. The $16 million project, which finished 10% under budget, consolidates the library’s largest branch, administrative offices, and the Bookmobile garage into a single, modern campus near Mosaic Life Care.
