An undercover operation by the St. Joseph Police Department has led to the arrest of three individuals, including two men charged with the enticement of a minor. Zachary Winger and former St. Joseph school teacher Duane Parrott are currently being held without bond following the sting. Authorities say the operation utilized the newly enacted Evie and Sophie’s Law, which gives law enforcement a clearer path to intervene in grooming cases before a child is harmed. A third unnamed suspect was also arrested during the investigation for drug possession.
