Students and staff at Robidoux Elementary in St. Joseph were dismissed early on their first day of school following a nearby city water main break. The break on Maxwell Road caused a drop in water pressure that affected drinking water and restroom facilities at the school. Officials with the St. Joseph School District confirmed that water service has been fully restored and classes will resume as normal on Wednesday.
