During a court hearing last week, the plaintiff group, “We the People,” presented testimony from concerned parents and district staff, which was challenged by defense attorneys. After hearing arguments from both sides, including testimony from the district’s assistant superintendent, Judge Kate Schaeffer ultimately ruled against pausing the restructuring efforts.
