The scheduled closure of the Route VV Platte River Bridge near Conception has been postponed until Monday, July 6th, due to contractor scheduling changes. The Missouri Department of Transportation says the bridge will undergo a complete replacement project and is expected to remain closed through early December. Motorists in Nodaway County are advised to plan alternate routes ahead of the summer construction.
